Business Information Management

Grade Level: 9-12 Level Grade Points
Prerequisite: Recommended, Touch System Data Entry
Students implement personal and interpersonal skills to strengthen individual performance in the workplace and in society and make a successful transition to the workforce and postsecondary education. Students apply technical skills to address business applications of emerging technologies, create word-processing documents, develop a spreadsheet, formulate a database, and make an electronic presentation using appropriate software.
The fee for this course is $10.00.
Humble ISD has used the International Baccalaureate model to organize the content delivery into six 6 week sections over four quarters throughout the school year. These six week section are called "Bundles." On this page, you can see a brief description of the year's overview, called a YAG (Year At a Glance) as well as each Bundle, called "BAGs" (Bundle At a Glance). Note: The order of delivery may be changed a bit from this schedule to best accommodate our students' learning.
